Drawings for door prizes will be held Saturday, April 23rd via Facebook. You must pick up your prize in person at the designated location. All prizes must be picked up by 10am Sunday, April 24th 2022. Entries postmarked by April 8, 2022 will receive a free T-shirt at the designated pickup location. All mail in registration must be received no later than Wednesday, April 13, 2022. 1. Tournament meeting There will be no tournament meetings. The tournament starts promptly at 8 a.m., Saturday, April 23, 2022. All tournament packets will be available from the parking lot at the end of Old Lighthouse Rd in Buxton, from 7am-9:30am Saturday morning. You must have your packet in order to win a door prize. Any necessary information will be available on the 4Plus Tournament Facebook page. This is an individual surf fishing tournament only! No help, except for gaffing. Your feet must be in the sand. You must fish with rod and reel. No nets! Boundaries are from North Beach at Oregon Inlet to South Beach of Ocracoke.
2. Weigh-in will be at the Fessenden Center on Sunday, April 24, 2022. You must register with an official at weigh-In no later than 8 a.m. Any discrepancies must be registered with the judges prior to the 8 a.m. cutoff. All decisions made by the three (3) judges are final. 4Plus reserves the right to inspect all fish. All winners will be announced via Facebook.
3. We will abide by the limitations of the North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries and the rules and regulations enforced by the National Park Service. 4Plus will not weigh or record any illegal fish.
